Six Week Meditation Series
Join Stephen for this interesting and informative exploration of meditation. Meditation is an excellent way to manage stress and generate some relaxation in your day. Participants will learn about the physical and mental benefits of meditation as well as the history of meditation around the world. This series provides an introduction and overview of various different styles of meditation, as well as an opportunity to try different techniques both during the series and at home between meeting. This series is ideal for those who are new to meditation as well as those with some meditation experience who would like to learn more, or start a daily meditation practice of their own. A course binder will be provided for notes, weekly handouts, and other helpful resources. Join us to learn about meditation and find out how it might benefit your life.
